Subscriptions grant access for the billing period purchased. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge and we will review the request.
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting support first, we may suspend or terminate your account until the issue is resolved.
