By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Draw & Quarter arcade, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for your account activity and keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region).
Subscriptions provide access to subscriber features for the billing period you purchase. Billing is handled by Stripe. Prices, taxes, and availability may change with notice.
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 7 days of the charge.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, reverse engineer the service, or attempt to interfere with other users' gameplay or accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
All platform UI and service content is owned by us or our licensors. Game creators retain rights to their game content. You may not copy or redistribute content without permission.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, fraud, or abuse. Access ends when a subscription expires or is terminated.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free gameplay.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
